"Pamela and her team set the gold standard with customer service. They notify me when a policy needs to be renewed and even go so far as to explain opportunities for savings or expanded coverage UN-prompted. When my septic tank backed up into my house Pamela stepped in personally to assist in maximizing my reimbursement from Statefarm's corporate organization. She was extremely patient, even when I was freaking out about the condition of my, responsive and very competent in dealing with the corporate claims adjuster. 10/10 would recommend."

"STAY AWAY! She charges you fees that were incurred because her staff won’t do their job correctly. She refuses to reply to emails or phone calls. This agency is a joke. Use any other agent and you’ll be better off."
