"As I moved to the area, among the other things I needed to do was to shop for a new insurance provider. I was prepared for a painful experience. Well, “shop” was a poor definition of what I was going to do. I made one call. No need to call others. That one call got me better rates and better coverage - Home, Auto and Umbrella. Obviously, it’s a good product, but the differentiator was Caprice Barnes. She helped me and was beyond knowledgeable, kind, patient and personable. "What an amazing human that I just had the pleasure of speaking to! Diana took time to lay out all the possible options I had to reduce my car insurance. She is such a great conversationalist, and even laughed at my attempts at a few jokes! If you currently have State Farm as your insurance provider, call them immediately and see how they can help you lower your rate. Not everyone may qualify, but you will AT LEAST get to have your day brightened with a warm conversation. Also, they send Happy Birthday emails! I bet your current provider doesn't do that.
