"They called to go over my policy. Found out they had my kids on the wrong cats after that got fixed saved 500 every 6 months which is great but what about the extra money I been paying for years?!? The girl I spoke with was super helpful and super sweet."

"Spoke with Tracie yesterday about my auto and Home policies, I was mainly concerned about rising cost in the insurance industry. Tracy was very helpful and professional in helping me to understand factors that go into premium price levels. We went over several alternatives in coverage and what the premium levels would be.. I guess everyone wants more coverage for less premium but at least now I am better informed about what I am paying for and why.
